Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Canada.

To be eligible, participants must be 18 years of age or older.

The Giveaway is not open to EMD-Batimo employees, anyone domiciled with them, or a member of their immediate family.

Confidentiality

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Terms and Conditions

• The prize may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
• The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• EMD-Batimo reserves the right to cancel the selection and proceed with a new drawing if the winner does not respond to the company’s phone calls or emails within (5) five calendar days of being notified of winning.
• Should the participant fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions, they will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive any prize. In such cases, EMD-Batimo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to randomly select another participant or to cancel the prize.
• EMD-Batimo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
• By entering the Giveaway, the confirmed winner authorizes EMD-Batimo, the organizers and their representatives to use, if necessary, their name, and/or photograph for publicity reasons, without any compensation.

Note: these rules are subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to participants in an appropriate manner. 

Disputes

Any dispute regarding the organization or administration of a publicity contest may be referred to the RACJ (Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux) for adjudication. Additionally, disputes regarding the awarding of a prize may only be brought to the RACJ for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, administered, or associated with any business, organization or social media platform.

This Giveaway is subject to applicable Quebec provincial laws.

EMD-Batimo is not responsible for any loss or personal damage resulting from the awarding of prizes in this contest.
